n-gramas allows you to explore the trends on Colombian news
articles in the past 20 years.
For instance, if you search for gaviria, samper, pastrana, uribe, santos, the latest five Presidents, you can see the press coverage they received before, during and after their terms.
The dataset contains aproximately 1,850,000 news articles from three main Colombian publications: the newspaper El Tiempo and the magazines Semana and Dinero. The sample contains the articles published between July 1982 and July 2011.
n-gramas is based on the Google Books Ngram Viewer.
The main difference from it is that n-gramas uses periodical publications (newspapers and magazines)
to analyze trends at a country-level.
